INVESTIGATOR’S INSTITUTE The California Private Investigator’s Examination conducted by the licensing division of the Bureau of Security and Investigative Services is extremely challenging. It is a sad fact that many individuals with the required 6,000 hours of compensated experience including those with law enforcement backgrounds and criminal justice degrees fail the examination. While candidates for the California Bar may purchase prior Bar Examinations and participate in Bar Review Courses, no similar preparation course has been available to candidates for the Private Investigation license – until now. We have created the Investigator’s Institute preparing you to pass the licensing examination.
