Keith Krasnove is the founder, principal consultant, and President of ProtectiveBiz.com and Corporate Security Investigations. Mr. Krasnove gained knowledge of the workings of law enforcement authorities and investigative processes and procedures serving as an Assistant District Attorney in Bronx County New York. While assigned to Homicide Duty, Mr. Krasnove responded to Homicide scenes before the deceased was removed in order to insure that all forensic investigators followed established procedures and the chain of evidence was preserved. As a member of the Narcotics Bureau Mr. Krasnove drafted search warrants and wiretaps, investigated cases, participated in the decision to terminate undercover investigations, presented cases to the Grand Jury and prosecuted cases to verdict, Following his retirement as an Assistant District
Attorney, Mr. Krasnove went into private practice defending clients accused of
complex crimes including Rico violations and First Degree Murder. One of his
cases was featured on "60 Minutes". During the time that he
practiced law in Florida Mr.
Krasnove became one of only 129 Board Certified Criminal Trial Attorneys among
the 57,000 attorneys then practicing in Florida. Keith M. Krasnove is a licensed
Private Investigator in Florida and California. After leaving the practice of
law, Mr. Krasnove founded Corporate Security Investigations to assist companies
in protecting intellectual and physical assets while providing
investigational assistance and competitive intelligence. The
company also provides litigation support for a wide range of clients and
cases. Keith M. Krasnove received his
Juris Doctor degree from St. John's University School of Law. He received his
Bachelor of Arts degree from Queens College of the City University of New York.
In 2000 Mr. Krasnove earned a Certificate in Corporate Security Management
from the University of California Santa Cruz. He is a member of the American
Society for Industrial Security (ASIS), the California
Association of Licensed Investigators (CALI), the National Association of Investigative
Specialists (NAIS), and the High Technology
Crime Investigation Association (HTCIA). Keith M. Krasnove is Board Certified in Corporate Security Management having earned the CPP (Certified Protection Professional) designation from the American Society for Industrial Security (ASIS). Keith Krasnove has earned the CPI (Certified Professional Investigator) designation from the California Association of Licensed Investigators. As such he is among a handful of individuals who have both the CPP and CPI certifications. He is an Independent Associate and Director of Pre-Paid Legal Services, Inc., a 30 year old company listed on the New York Stock Exchange, that provides quality legal protection, advice and assistance for pennies a day.
